Welcome to the NORTHEAST INSTITUTE OF GYMNASTICS, where we specialize in fostering young athletes' growth in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

With over 40 years of experience, our mission is to build confidence, physical skills, and personal development through gymnastics. We offer a variety of programs, including preschool gymnastics, recreational classes, and competitive gymnastics teams, all tailored to every child's needs.

We believe gymnastics is for everyone, and strive to develop exceptional human beings, not just athletes. Our expert instructors focus on safety, individualized attention, and instilling essential values like discipline, respect, and teamwork.

PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS

Ages 3-5

Our preschool gymnastics classes for boys and girls aged 3-5 are designed to enhance fine motor skills, encourage following directions, and teach turn-taking.

Through fun and engaging activities, children build confidence, overcome fears, and develop essential social and physical skills in a safe, supportive environment.

GYMNASTICS FOR GIRLS

Ages 5-12

Our gymnastics classes for girls ages 5 and up are tailored to each child’s skill level.

Coaches focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive environment.

GYMNASTICS TEAMS

We are FIERCE competitors!

Our gymnastics competition teams compete in the prestigious USAIGC circuit, where athletes showcase their skills and talent.

Whether your child is just starting out or is ready to compete, we offer structured programs for both pre-competitive and competitive athletes to excel in the USAIGC circuit and beyond.

With expert coaching and a focus on developing strength, technique, and confidence, our gymnasts are prepared to excel at every level of competition.

CAMPS

Our gymnastics camps are designed to be both fun and educational, offering a perfect balance of activity and learning.

Available during summer, winter, spring vacations, and school breaks, our camps keep kids active and engaged with exciting gymnastics-focused activities.

Parents can relax knowing their child is in a safe, supportive environment where they can build skills, stay fit, and have fun!
