PRESCHOOL GYMNASTICS

(AGES 3-5)

Our preschool gymnastics classes for boys and girls ages 3-5 are designed to enhance fine motor skills, encourage following directions, and teach turn-taking.

NINJA FIT CLASS

(AGES 5-12)

Ninja Fit is a high-energy program designed to boost children's physical fitness through fun, obstacle-based training.

Geared for kids ages 5 to 12, Ninja Fit enhances strength, agility, and endurance while teaching basic gymnastics skills like balancing, jumping, and rolling.

Participants also learn safe falling and landing techniques, building confidence and a love for active living.

With a focus on fun, structured classes, Ninja Fit promotes physical fitness, skill development, and confidence in a supportive environment.
