At Northeast Gymnastics, we believe gymnastics is about more than skills. We are committed to helping children build confidence and character in a supportive, family-oriented environment.
Founded by Mrs. Dottie Armstrong, we are proud to be the oldest gymnastics school in the area, and have been a trusted cornerstone of the Capital District gymnastics community for over 40 years.
Our family-oriented programs provide a nurturing and fun environment for children of all ages, from preschoolers to competitive athletes. We have a diverse community and specialize in small classes, individual attention, and open communication.
