Welcome to the Northeast Institute of Gymnastics, where we specialize in fostering young athletes' growth in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. We believe gymnastics is about more than just skills, and are committed to helping children build confidence and character in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

With over 40 years of experience, our mission is to build confidence, physical skills, and personal development through gymnastics. We offer a variety of programs, including preschool gymnastics, recreational classes, and competitive gymnastics teams, all tailored to every child's needs.

We believe gymnastics is for everyone, and strive to develop exceptional human beings, not just athletes. Our expert instructors focus on safety, individualized attention, and instilling essential values like discipline, respect, and teamwork.

Our preschool gymnastics classes for boys and girls aged 3-5 are designed to enhance fine motor skills, encourage following directions, and teach turn-taking.

Our gymnastics competition teams compete in the prestigious USAIGC circuit, where athletes showcase their skills and talent.
